基于平均液层厚度的自密实混凝土流变性能机理研究

摘要 现阶段,关于自密实混凝土流变性能的影响机理还存在诸多亟待讨论的问题,没有形成定论。固相材料的比表面积及填充密度差异对混凝土流变性能的影响尤为重要,而平均液层厚度可以综合两者的共同作用,因此可以基于平均液层厚度探究自密实混凝土的流变原理。通过20组自密实混凝土流变性能及填充密度试验,得出坍落扩展度、V型流动仪随平均液层厚度变化情况关系。研究结果表明:自密实混凝土的两个流变性能指标与平均液层厚度的相关系数分别为0.707、0.726,自密实混凝土的流动性能与平均液层厚度存在较强的相关性,两者呈正相关。 At present,there are still many problems to be discussed about the influence mechanism of rheological properties of self-compacting concrete.The effect of surface area and packing density of solid materials on the rheological properties of concrete is very important.The average liquid layer thickness can combine the effects of specific surface area and packing density,so the rheological principle of self-compacting concrete can be explored based on the average liquid layer thickness.Through 20 groups of self-compacting concrete rheological properties test and packing density test,the relationship between slump expansion and V flowmeter with the average liquid layer thickness is obtained.The results show that the correlation coefficients between the two fluidity energy indexes of self-compacting concrete and the average liquid layer thickness are 0.707 and 0.726,respectively.There is a strong correlation between the flow performance of self-compacting concrete and the average liquid layer thickness,which is positively correlated.
