Taking the novel coronavirus as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the epidemic situation on the refining and chemical enterprises,introduces the systematic coping strategy and emergency management operation mechanism of Sinopec Maoming Company,and expounds the concrete practice.The paper has certain reference value as to how to give full play to the political&institutional advantages of the state-owned refining and chemical enterprises to deal with similar major public health emergencies,to resolve crises in time,to overcome challenges,and to ensure the safety and health of employees and production stability.
