摘要
根据国道310洛三界至三门峡西段南移新建工程的需求,在对强嵌挤骨架密实水泥稳定碎石进行分析的基础上,结合原材料特点,采用振动击实及成型法,进行了强嵌挤骨架密实水泥稳定碎石的配合比设计。铺筑了强嵌挤骨架密实水泥稳定碎石底基层试验段,总结了强嵌挤骨架密实水泥稳定碎石底基层的关键施工要点及应用效果,表明强嵌挤骨架密实水泥稳定碎石能够较好地满足国、省道干线公路的施工需求。
According to the requirements of the new construction project for the southbound movement of the G310 between Luosanjie and west section of Sanmenxia,being based on analysis on characteristics of cement stabilized macadam with strongly compacted framework and characteristics of raw materials,the mix ratio design of cement stabilized macadam with strongly compacted framework has been completed by vibration compaction and molding.With the help of construction of subbase of the new construction project of National Highway G310 between Luosanjie and west section of Sanmenxia,the test section of cement-stabilized gravel base of the strongly-compacted framework has been paved and the key construction points and application effect of the cement-stabilized gravel base with strongly-compacted framework have been summed up.The results have shown that the compacted cement stabilized macadam could meet the needs of National and Provincial trunk highways.
