摘要
为验证振动搅拌工艺对水泥稳定碎石性能的影响,现场铺筑试验路,通过无侧限抗压强度、变异系数以及弯沉指标分析了振动搅拌相比普通搅拌的性能优势。结果表明:振动搅拌工艺显著提高了水泥稳定碎石7d与28d无侧限抗压强度,且降低了强度变异系数;振动搅拌工艺提高了水稳结构层的承载力,其弯沉平均值与代表值明显小于普通搅拌工艺。
In order to verify the influence of vibration stirring technology on the performance of cement-stabilized macadam,the advantages of vibration stirring over ordinary stirring have been compared and analyzed by using the coefficient of variation of unconfined compressive strength,index of bending and sinking.The results have shown that:(1)The vibration stirring process has significantly improved the unconfined compressive strength of cement-stabilized macadam for 7 days and 28 days,and reduced the variation coefficient of strength.(2)Vibration stirring technology has improved the bearing capacity of the cement-stabilized gravel structure layer,and the average value and representative value of bending and sinking are obviously lower than that of ordinary stirring.
