协商民主是中国社会主义民主政治中独特的、独有的、独到的民主形式。它不是“舶来品”,而是中国本土生长出来的民主形式,在我国有根、有源、有生命力,是中国共产党的群众路线在政治领域的展开,有其独特的优势。新中国成立70年来,中国共产党把马克思主义民主理论同中国具体实践相结合,不断进行探索,推动协商民主广泛多层制度化发展,取得了丰硕的理论成果、实践成果、制度成果,积累了宝贵的经验。

The consultative democracy is a distinctive pattern of democracy in China’s socialist democracy.It’s not an“imported product”,but a form of democracy developed in China,where it has foundation,source,and vitality.It is the expansion of the mass line of the CPC in the political field,with unique advantages.In the past 70 years since the founding of New China,the CPC has combined Marxist democratic theory with China’s specific condition,carried out continuous exploration and practice,promoted the extensive and multi-level institutionalized development of consultative democracy,achieved abundant theoretical,practical and institutional achievements,and accumulated valuable experience.
