摘要
在人工智能时代,程序化工作和一部分非程序化工作将被人工智能取代,工作将向高度智慧化转移,劳动者的工作定位将发生升级方式、介入方式、前进方式、转移方式和集中方式等不同的变化。为了适应人工智能时代,要在学校教育和企业教育中注重提高受教育者的人工智能素养、培养创造性思维能力、社会交流能力以及环境应变能力。应对人工智能时代培养所需人才的关键措施包括:突出个性化培养理念;构建人工智能素养教育体系;实施问题导向及跨学科合作探讨的学习方式;利用人工智能技术提高学习效率。
In the era of artificial intelligence,programmatic work and some non-programmed work will be replaced by artificial intelligence.The work will be shifted to a high degree of intelligence.The positioning of practitioners will be upgraded,intervened and advanced.There are 5 types of change in workers:upgrading,intervention,going forward,transferring and centralization.In order to adapt to the era of artificial intelligence,it is necessary to improve the artificial intelligence literacy,train creative thinking,social communication,and environmental adaptability in school education and corporate education.Key measures include highlighting the concept of personalized training,constructing an artificial intelligence literacy education system,implementing a problem-oriented and interdisciplinary collaborative exploration approach and using artificial intelligence technology to improve learning efficiency.
