摘要 教师人文素养是教师必备的核心素养,近二十年来教师人文素养研究数量增多,研究视野不断扩大,研究内容渐趋深化,尤其是在教师人文素养内涵、意义与价值、教师人文素养现状与提升路径等方面的研究取得了较大突破。但今后研究仍需要加强不同研究主体间跨专业跨学科的合作研究,促进研究方法的多元与综合、研究视域的多维度融合,促进不同学科教师人文素养提升与研究的均衡发展等。 Teachers'humanistic quality is the essential core quality of teachers.In the past two decades,the number of researches on teachers'humanistic quality has increased,the scope of research has been expanding,and the content of research has been deepening,especially in the aspects of the connotation,significance and value of teachers'humanistic quality,the status quo of teachers'humanistic quality and the path of improvement.However,the future research still needs to strengthen the interdisciplinary cooperation among different research subjects,promote the multi-dimensional integration of research methods and perspectives,and promote the balanced development of humanistic quality and research of teachers in different disciplines.
