摘要
纳米乳在药品和食品领域应用广泛。本文按给药途径对近年来中药活性单体成分纳米乳药代动力学研究作一综述。通过比较几种常见中药有效成分纳米乳的药代动力学参数,进一步分析纳米乳在中药制剂方面的优势,为中药剂型改革和中药复方纳米乳制剂的开发提供依据。
Nanoemulsion is widely used in the fields of medicine and food.According to the route of administration,the article reviewed the pharmacokinetics of nanoemulsions of active monomer components of traditiional Chinese medicine in recent years.By comparing the pharmacokinetic parameters of several common active component nanoemulsions in traditiional Chinese medicine,the advantages of nanoemulsions in traditiional Chinese medicine preparations were further analyzed,which provided the basis for the reform of traditiional Chinese medicine and the development and research of traditiional Chinese medicine compound nanoemulsion preparations.
