河南西部山区放牧羊群中无浆体普遍感染 被引量:1

The prevalence of anaplasma in grazing sheep and goats in the western mountain area of Henan

摘要 为了解河南省洛阳市宜阳县山区放牧羊群中无浆体的感染情况,运用巢式PCR方法对2012年至2015年采集自该地区放牧的绵羊和山羊共计165份血液样品进行嗜吞噬细胞无浆体(AP)、牛无浆体(A.bovis)和绵羊无浆体(A.ovis)的检测。结果显示,无浆体总阳性率为78.18%(129/165),上述三种无浆体的阳性率分别为47.27%(78/165)、75.15%(124/165)、6.67%(11/165),2012、2014、2015年无浆体总阳性率分别为62.35%(53/85)、100%(50/50)和86.67%(26/30)。山羊的无浆体阳性率高于绵羊,公羊的无浆体阳性率高于母羊。无浆体混合感染的比例为46.06%(76/165),其中AP+A.bovis这一组合的比例为39.39%(65/165),高于其他混合感染组合,有8只羊同时检测到了三种无浆体的DNA。AP的进化分析显示,本研究得到的分离株在多种动物宿主及多个地理区域中均有发现,保守性较强。上述结果表明,宜阳县山区放牧羊群中无浆体的感染情况普遍存在。 To investigate the prevalence of Anaplasma in grazing sheep and goats from Yiyang county Luoyang Henan,165 whole blood samples were collected from 2012 to 2015,nested PCR was applied to detect the DNA of A.phagocytophilum,A.bovis and Anaplasma ovis.The results showed that Anaplasma was found in 78.18%(129/165)samples.The positive rates of A.phagocytophilum,A.bovis and A.ovis were 47.27%(78/165),75.15%(124/165),6.67%(11/165)respectively.In 2012,2014 and 2015,the total positive rate was 62.35%(53/85),100%(50/50),86.67%(26/30)respectively.The positive rate of goat was higher than that of sheep,and the positive rate of male was higher than that of female.Mixed infection was found in 46.06%(76/165)of samples.Among them,the combination of AP and A.bovis existed in 39.39%(65/165),higher than other mixed infection combinations.8 sheep/goats were found to be positive for three Anaplasma DNA simultaneously.The phylogenetic analysis of AP manifested that the strains obtained in this study was relatively conservative in different animal hosts distributed in different geographical areas.The results manifested that Anaplasma was widely found in grazing sheep and goats in Yiyang county.
