氟中毒对肉仔鸡血细胞数、血清溶菌酶和补体C3、C4含量的影响

Dietary high fluoride decreased the blood cells number,serum lysozyme and complement content in chickens

为探讨高氟对肉仔鸡血细胞数、血清溶菌酶和补体C3、C4含量的影响。选用240只1日龄的健康萨索肉鸡,随机分为4组:对照组(F 11mg/kg)和三个高氟组(F 300 mg/kg,高氟Ⅰ组;F 600 mg/kg,高氟Ⅱ组;F 900 mg/kg,高氟Ⅲ组,),试验周期42天。结果表明,高氟(氟中毒)显著降低血液中红细胞、白细胞和淋巴细胞的数目,降低血清中溶菌酶和补体C3、C4的含量。结论:氟的毒性作用与氟的剂量和肉仔鸡暴露的时间相关,氟中毒影响了雏鸡免疫功能。

In order to investigate the toxic effects of high-dose Fluoride(F)on the complete blood count,serum lysozyme and complement content C3 and C4 in chickens.Two hundred and forty 1 day old Sasso broilers were divided into four groups random,which were fed on the control diet(F 11 mg/kg)and three high-dose F diets(300 mg/kg,high F group I;600 mg/kg,high F group II;900 mg/kg,high F group III)for 42 days.The results showed that excessive F reduced the number of red blood,white blood,and lymphocyte,and contents serum lysozyme and complement of C3 and C4.In conclusion,both F dose and time of chickens exposure to excessive F was positively associated with the toxic.thus impaired the immune function in chickens.
