2018年河南省猪伪狂犬病血清抗体检测分析

A seroepidemiological survey of porcine pseudorabies from Henan in 2018

为了解2018年河南省猪场猪伪狂犬病毒野毒感染情况及其抗体保护水平,采用ELISA方法对河南省部分规模猪场共计3339份猪血清进行了猪伪狂犬病血清抗体检测。结果显示:PRV gE抗体总阳性率为23.40%,PRV gB抗体总阳性率为95.27%。其中后备猪、种公猪、经产母猪、保育猪、育肥猪血清PRV gE抗体总阳性率分别为9.3%、12.39%、24.30%、31.35%、38.07%,PRV gB抗体总阳性率分别为98.21%、93.70%、97.75%、93.53%、93.01%。豫西、豫南、豫中、豫东、豫北地区PRV gE抗体阳性率分别为0、13.84%、22.02%、34.62%、36.78%;PRV gB抗体阳性率分别为100、97.95%、93.79%、88.49%、94.07%。春夏、秋冬季猪群PRV gE抗体阳性率分别为20.10%、27.14%;PRV gB抗体阳性率分别为96.00%、94.43%。检测结果表明,河南省规模化猪场的猪伪狂犬病抗体水平总体较高,但部分猪场存在野毒感染风险,猪伪狂犬病的控制与净化形势依然严峻。

To investigate the porcine pseudorabies virus infection and immunization level in some pig farms from Henan in 2018,3339 sera were tested by ELISA.The results showed that the positive rate of PRV gE infection antibody was 23.40%and the positive rate of PRV gB antibody was 95.27%.In the serum sample of replacement pigs、boars、multipatity sows、nursery pigs、fattening pigs,the positive rate of PRV gE infection respectively was 9.3%,12.39%,24.30%,31.35%,38.07%;and the positive rate of PRV gB antibody respectively was 98.21%,93.70%,97.75%,93.53%,93.01%.The positive rate of PRV gE infection antibody of western Henan,southern Henan,central Henan,eastern Henan and northern Henan was 0,13.84%,22.02%,34.62%and 36.78%respectively.Results showed that the positive rates of PRV gB antibody was 100%,97.95%,93.79%,88.49%,94.07%respectively.The positive rates of PRV gE antibody in spring and summer,autumn and winter was 20.10%and 27.14%respectively.The positive rates of PRV gB antibody was 96.00%and 94.43%respectively.The overall antibody level of pseudorabies in large-scale pig farms in Henan province was relatively high,but some pig farms were at risk of wild virus infection of pseudorabies,and the control and purification of pseudorabies will still need.
