摘要
文章针对探月工程中基于预埋氩气工质的钚238同位素温差电池(RTG)载荷、预埋空气工质的生物科普载荷,以及基于全氟三乙胺工质的热控流体回路的自身特性,提出了相应的新型工质检漏方法。氩气工质检漏技术、空气工质检漏技术和液态全氟三乙胺工质检漏技术已成功应用于探月任务。
For lunar exploration projects,this paper proposes a series of novel leak detection methods targeted for the plutonium 238 radio-isotope thermo-electric generator(RTG)load embedded with argon working fluid,the biological science payload embedded with air working fluid,and the characteristics of the thermal control fluid circuit based on the perfluorotriethylamine working fluid.The above-mentioned technologies for the argon gas refrigerant leak detection,the air refrigerant leak detection,and the liquid perfluorotriethylamine refrigerant leak detection have been successfully applied in the lunar exploration missions.
