甲下黑素瘤一例

Subungual melanoma:a case report

患者,男,58岁。右足拇趾趾甲色黑7年余,病理确诊为甲下黑素瘤。经系统检查后未发现淋巴结转移,于肿瘤医院行远节拇趾截趾术,术后仍在随访中。

A 58-year-old male presented with black nail on the right hallex for more than 7 years,and the pathological features was accordance with the diagnosis of subungual melanoma.Systematic examination showed that no lymph node was involved.Distal thumb amputation was performed.The patient is under follow-up.
