摘要
患者,男,54岁。右侧臀部暗红色斑块6年,曾多次按"股癣、湿疹"等治疗效果不佳。真菌涂片呈阴性,PPD试验强阳性(+++),皮损取活检组织病理为感染性肉芽肿性改变。结合临床及病理诊断为臀部皮肤结核,给予异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇抗结核治疗后,皮损好转。
A 54-year-old male presented with dark red plaques on the right buttocks for 6 years.The patients have been misdiagnosed as tinea cruris and eczema with no efficacy after treatment.The fungal test was negative and PPD test was strong positive(+++).Biopsy showed infectious granulomas.The diagnosis of cutaneous tuberculosis on the buttocks was made according to the clinical manifestations and biopsy features.The lesions were improved after anti-tuberculosis therapy.
