摘要
麻风治疗除经典的MDT联合化疗外,一些其他药物也应用到麻风治疗中如:莫西沙星、二甲胺四环素和克拉霉素等。本文对治疗麻风药物种类、不良反应与耐药性等进行综述。
Except for classic multidrug therapy of dapsone,rifampicin and clofazimine,the drugs used for leprosy include:moxifloxacin,minocycline and clarithromycin,etc.The side effects and drug resistance of these drugs used for leprosy are reviewed in this paper.
