摘要 本文分析了青岛市市立医院继续医学教育活动开展的现状、原因及应对举措。以需求为导向,设计管理平台模块;以任务为导向,界定管理平台角色;以导师制为基础,构建继续医学教育信息化管理平台并实践。介绍了平台实践过程中培训项目的导师制管理;培训内容的小班制管理;培训课程的弹性化管理;培训过程的信息化管理;培训结果的质控化管理。详细阐述了以导师制为基础的继续医学教育信息化管理平台从模块设计、平台角色界定、项目过程管理到试运行阶段所积累的经验与不足,为其他医院规范继续医学教育管理活动、提升医务人员业务水平提供借鉴意义。 This paper analyzes the current situation,causes and countermeasures of continuing medical education activities in Qingdao Municipal Hospital.Design the management platform module based on requirements;define the role of the management platform based on tasks;build and implement the information management platform for continuing medical education based on the mentor system.Introduced the mentoring system management of training projects in the practice of the platform;flexible management of training courses;information management of training process;quality control management of training results.explained in detail the experience and deficiencies accumulated from the module design,platform role definition,project process management to the trial operation stage based on the mentoring system of the continuing medical education information management platform,standardizing the continuing medical education management activities and improving medical services for other hospitals level of human service provides reference.
