小组情景模拟工作坊在新生儿复苏培训中的应用探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的对比新生儿复苏教学中小组教学联合情景模拟工作坊与传统教学模式培训应用效果。方法选择在2018年9月-2019年12月医院新生儿及产科医护48例,随机分为2组,即应用小组情景模拟工作坊教学模式的模拟培训组及应用传统模式的常规培训组,每组人员均为24例,培训结束利用理论考试及复苏考核评分表及学员主观满意度问卷对比不同教学模式产生的教学效果。结果模拟培训组学员的复苏理论知识评分是(19.25±0.88)、实践操作能力评分是(47.65±1.66)、临床思维能力评分是(9.68±0.51)、团队协作能力评分是(9.04±1.08)、个人综合表现评分是(9.33±0.37),均高于常规培训组人员的各1项评分,即复苏理论知识(13.56±0.85)、实践操作能力(42.14±1.33)、临床思维能力(8.62±0.37)、团队协作能力(7.11±1.21)、个人综合表现(7.84±0.29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模拟培训组认为与教师互动良好有22例,满意率是91.7%、认为教师方法优秀有23例,满意率是95.8%。常规培训组认为与教师互动良好有16例,满意率是66.7%、认为教师方法优秀有18例,满意率是75.0%。模拟培训组教师与学员互动及教学方法满意度大于常规培训组,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);小组情景模拟培训组在激发学习兴趣、提高临床思维能力、提高实践操作能力、提高团队协作能力四个方面的评分高于对照组(P<0.05),在规范复苏流程操作、提高有效沟通能力方面,小组情景模拟培训组效果较常规培训组高,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在新生儿复苏教学中小组教学联合情景模拟工作坊教学模式有较好的效果,和传统教学模式进行对比,其可以更好的培养新生儿及产科医护新生儿复苏的能力,增加新生儿及产科医护的团队合作和学员对教学模式的满意程度,在新生儿复苏教学中取得较满意的教学效果。 Objective To compare the effects of group scenario simulation workshop teaching and traditional teaching in neonatal resuscitation teaching.Methods Select 48 neonatal and obstetric doctors and nurses in the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen hospital in the period from September 2018 to December 2019,average the trainee,that is,the group scenario simulation workshop teaching group and the conventional group of the traditional group.Each group of personnel is 24,and the teaching effects of different teaching modes were compared.Results The basic knowledge score of the simulation group was(19.25±0.88),the operation ability score was(47.65±1.66),the clinical thinking ability score was(9.68±0.51),the communication ability score was(9.04±1.08),and the individual composite performance score is(9.33±0.37),which is higher than the various scores of the basic group staff,that is,basic knowledge score(13.56±0.85),operational ability score(42.14±1.33),the clinical thinking ability score(8.62±0.37),and communication ability(7.11±1.21),the individual composite performance score(7.84±0.29),P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.In the simulation training group,there were 22 cases of good interaction with teachers,with a satisfaction rate of 91.7%,and 23 cases of excellent teacher methods,with a satisfaction rate of 95.8%.In the conventional training group,there were 16 cases of good interaction with teachers,with a satisfaction rate of 66.7%,and 18 cases of excellent teacher methods,with a satisfaction rate of 75.0%.Compared with the two groups,satisfaction of the teacher-student interaction and participants'satisfaction of the teaching method of the simulation workshop training group was higher than that of the conventional training group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The simulation workshop training group have high scores in effects of stimulate interest in learning,improve the clinical thinking ability,improve the practice ability,improve the team cooperation ability than that in conventional training group(P<0.05),In terms of standardized resuscitation process operation and improve the ability to communicate effectively,the effect of simulation workshop training group was higher than that of conventional training group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The introduction of the Canadian workshop teaching mode in the teaching of neonatal resuscitation has significant teaching effects.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it can better train the interns'ability to deal with problems and strengthen the interns'understanding and mastery of resuscitation knowledge.Increase the interns'satisfaction with the teaching model,so we can vigorously promote the Canadian workshop teaching model.
