手术室护理带教中应用带教临床路径的效果 被引量:8

Effect of Clinical Pathway in Nursing Teaching in Operating Room

摘要 目的文章旨在讨论手术室的护理带教中应用带教临床路径的价值。方法选择2017年5月-2019年5月144例前来医院手术室实习的护理实习生作为试验对象,按照随机分配的方式将其划分为试验组与对照组,其中试验组74例,对照组为70例。试验组采用临床路径带教方式,对照组采用传统带教方式。护生实习期结束之后,比对两组护生护理能力以及成绩考察结果之间的差异。结果数据显示,试验组护生突发状况处理能力(94.59%)、无菌操作能力(100%)以及术中配合能力(97.30%)合格率均高于对照组(77.14%、88.57%、82.86%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在考核成绩方面,试验组理论与实践考核成绩分别为(95.67±3.41)分与(97.12±4.22)分高于对照组为(93.05±3.16)分与(93.19±4.32)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径带教方式可以显著提升手术室护生护生突发状况处理能力、无菌操作能力以及术中配合能力,同时可以显著提高护身实际操作能力以及理论掌握程度。 Objective The purpose of this paper is to discuss the value of clinical pathway in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods 144 nursing interns who came to our operating room from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,of which 74 were in the experimental group and 70 in the control group.The experimental group was taught by clinical pathway,while the control group was taught by traditional way.After the end of the internship period,the differences between the two groups in nursing ability and results were compared.Results The experimental data showed that the qualified rates of emergency handling ability(94.59%),aseptic operation ability(100%)and intraoperative cooperation ability(97.30%)of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(77.14%,88.57%,82.86%)with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of assessment results,the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group were(95.67+3.41)and(97.12+4.22)respectively,while those of the control group were(93.05+3.16)and(93.19+4.32),which were lower than those of the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method can significantly improve the emergency handling ability,aseptic operation ability and intraoperative cooperation ability of nursing students in operating room,as well as the practical operation ability and theoretical mastery of nursing body.
