浅议社区全科医学教学中的人文教育

随着社会老龄化逐渐严重,全科医学越来越被医疗界重视,在医疗资源和医疗管理相对发达的大型城市,渐渐兴起了一种医学教学模式,由三级甲等医院的全科医师,下社区为社区全科医师带教,这一模式,将对全科医学的发展,起到重要的促进作用。在这一过程中,人文关怀的教育贯穿社区的全科医学教学始终,对培养合格的社区医生,起着至关重要的作用。因此,在开展全科医学教学工作的过程中,应当注重人文教育的作用,人知道这部分教育内容与社区全科医学教学融合的意义。从而找到科学的方法,实现两者的融合,为提升社区全科医学的教学质量提供帮助。
