浅议社区全科医学教学中的人文教育 被引量:2

摘要 随着社会老龄化逐渐严重,全科医学越来越被医疗界重视,在医疗资源和医疗管理相对发达的大型城市,渐渐兴起了一种医学教学模式,由三级甲等医院的全科医师,下社区为社区全科医师带教,这一模式,将对全科医学的发展,起到重要的促进作用。在这一过程中,人文关怀的教育贯穿社区的全科医学教学始终,对培养合格的社区医生,起着至关重要的作用。因此,在开展全科医学教学工作的过程中,应当注重人文教育的作用,人知道这部分教育内容与社区全科医学教学融合的意义。从而找到科学的方法,实现两者的融合,为提升社区全科医学的教学质量提供帮助。 With the aging of society becoming more and more serious,general practice has been paid more and more attention by the medical profession.In large cities where medical resources and medical management are relatively developed,a medical teaching mode has gradually emerged,in which general practitioners in tertiary and first-class hospitals and general practitioners in lower communities teach general practitioners in communities.This mode will serve general practitioners.The development of learning plays an important role in promoting.In this process,the education of humanistic care runs through the general practice teaching in the community and plays a vital role in training qualified community doctors.Therefore,in the process of general practice teaching,we should pay attention to the role of humanistic education.People know the significance of the integration of this part of education and community general practice teaching.In order to find a scientific method to achieve the integration of the two,and to improve the quality of community general practice teaching to provide help.
