Effect of Foly Urethral Combined With Artificial Rupture of Membrane and Oxytocin on Induction of Labor

目的分析讨论foly尿管联合人工破膜、催产素滴注在引产中的应用效果。方法2017年6月-2017年8月,医院共有120例分娩产妇,根据分娩方式将120例产妇分为对照组与联合组,每组60例产妇,对照组给予人工破膜以及催产素滴注引产,联合组给予foly尿管联合人工破膜、催产素滴注引产,经研究后,比较分析两组产妇相关指标。结果比较研究数据发现,联合组产妇产程时间少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,新生儿感染率低于对照组,产后24 h出血量少于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论foly尿管联合人工破膜、催产素滴注在引产中的效果显著,可以减少出血量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of foly urethral combined with artificial rupture of membrane and oxytocin infusion.Methods From June 2017 to August 2017,there were 120 births in our hospital.According to the mode of delivery,120 women were divided into control group and combined group.Each group had 60 women.The control group was given artificial rupture and oxytocin.Instillation of labor,combined with foly urethra combined with artificial rupture of membrane,oxytocin infusion,and after the study,comparative analysis of maternal related indicators.Results The comparative study data showed that the labor time of the combined group was lower than that of the control group.The Apgar score of the newborn was higher than that of the control group.The neonatal infection rate was lower than that of the control group.The bleeding volume at 24 hours after birth was less than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower.In the control group,the difference between the groups was found to be P<0.05,and the study was meaningful.Conclusion Foly urethral combined with artificial rupture of membrane and oxytocin infusion can significantly reduce the effect of induction of labor,can reduce the amount of bleeding.
