文拉法辛与艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的效果

Effect of Venlafaxine and Escitalopram in the Treatment of Depression

目的研究文拉法辛与艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症患者的效果。方法纳入2015年12月-2018年12月收治的70例抑郁症患者展开研究,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,文拉法辛组35例采用文拉法辛治疗,艾司西酞普兰组35例采用艾司西酞普兰治疗。将两组的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分等临床相关指标进行比对。结果两组的HAMD评分、临床总有效率以及不良反应发生率进行比较,P>0.05;艾司西酞普兰组的药物经济学优于文拉法辛组。结论在抑郁症患者的治疗中,文拉法辛与艾司西酞普兰的有效性和安全性相当,但艾司西酞普兰的药物经济学更优。

Objective To study the pharmacoeconomic effects of venlafaxine and escitalopram in the treatment of patients with depression.Methods From December 2015 to December 2018,70 patients with depression who were admitted were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.35 patients in the venlafaxine group were treated with venlafaxine.35 patients in the citalopram group were treated with escitalopram.The clinically relevant indicators such as the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score were compared between the two groups.Results The HAMD scores,clinical total effective rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.The pharmacoeconomics of the escitalopram group was superior to the venlafaxine group.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of venlafaxine and escitalopram are comparable in the treatment of patients with depression,but the pharmacoeconomics of escitalopram is better.
