综合优质护理在心电图检查中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Quality Nursing in ECG Examination

目的探讨心电图检查中综合优质护理的应用。方法回顾性选取2018年11月-2019年11月医院心电图检查患者100例,依据护理方法分为综合优质护理组(n=50)和常规基础护理组(n==50)两组,统计分析两组患者的应用效果、意外事件发生情况、护理满意度。结果综合优质护理组患者的总监测时间完整率98.0%(49/50)高于常规基础护理组70.0%(35/50)(P<0.05),干扰发生阳性率、电极或导线脱落率2.0%(1/50)、2.0%(1/50)均显著低于常规基础护理组32.0%(16/50)、18.0%(9/50)(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,综合优质护理组为98.0%(49/50),常规基础护理组为86.0%(43/50),前者高于后者(P<0.05)。结论心电图检查中综合优质护理的应用效果较常规基础护理好。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive quality nursing in ECG examination.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,100 cases of patients with ECG in our hospital were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:comprehensive quality nursing group(n=50)and routine basic nursing group(n=50).The application effects,accident occurrences and nursing satisfactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The qualified rate of life log record and complete rate of total monitoring time of the comprehensive high quality nursing group 92.0%(46/50),98.0%(49/50)were significantly higher than the routine basic nursing group 68.0%(34/50),70.0%(35/50)(P<0.05).The positive rate of interference,falling rate of electrode or lead wire 2.0%(1/50),2.0%(1/50)were significantly lower than the routine basic nursing group 32.0%(16/50),18.0%(9/50)(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,98.0%(49/50)in the comprehensive quality nursing group and 86.0%(43/50)in the routine basic nursing group,the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive quality nursing in ECG examination is better than routine basic nursing.
