高龄糖尿病性白内障患者实施预见性护理的价值

Predictive Nursing Value in Elderly Patients With Diabetic Cataract

目的研究高龄糖尿病性白内障患者行预见性护理的价值。方法纳入医院2016年8月-2019年2月接收的高龄糖尿病性白内障患者(n=130)作为研究对象,以随机数字表为基准,分为试验组(n=65,实施预见性护理)、对照组(n=65,实施常规护理),对130例患者临床指标(住院时间、空腹血糖)、并发症发生率评估。结果试验组临床指标优于对照组,其中住院时间、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论高龄糖尿病性白内障患者围术期实施预见性护理的价值显著,可明显改善机体血糖水平。

Objective To study the value of predictive nursing in elderly patients with diabetic cataract.Methods From August 2016 to February 2016,patients with advanced diabetic cataract(n=130)were enrolled in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into experimental groups based on a random number table(n=65,implementation foreseen care),control group(n=65,routine nursing),evaluation of clinical indicators(hospital time,fasting blood glucose)and complication rate in 130 patients.Results The clinical indexes of the experimental group were better than the control group,and the hospitalization time and fasting blood glucose level were lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The value of preexisting nursing in elderly patients with diabetic cataract is significant,which can significantly improve the blood glucose level of the body.
