结果试验组TBIL(8.2±4.1)umol/L、ALT(26.8±10.8)U/L低于常规组的(28.1±6.3)umol/L、(48.2±13.0)U/L,AST(32.4±6.4)U/L高于常规组的(10.3±4.6)U/L(P<0.05)。
Objective The value of nursing intervention in patients with sugar hepatitis b cirrhosis. Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,100 patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis were selected and treated in our hospital. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and conventional group(n=50).The conventional group received conventional nursing intervention, the experimental group received quality nursing intervention,to observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results TBIL(8.2±4.1)umol/L,ALT(26.8±10.8)U/L were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group(28.1±6.3)umol/L,(48.2±13.0)U/L,and AST(32.4±6.4)U/L than in the conventional group(10.3±4.6)U/L(P<0.05).The scores of good life behavior in the experimental group(92.2±2.3),medication on time and in quantity(90.4±2.4),exercise adherence(90.8±2.8)and disease self-examination(91.7±2.2)were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(72.1±1.3),(70.3±1.6),(73.2±1.3)and(74.3±1.3)(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00%,significantly higher than that of the conventional group 80.00%(P=0.00).Conclusion high-quality nursing intervention can significantly improve the liver function of patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis, improve their treatment compliance, clinical recognition degree is high.
