推动黄河流域“几字弯”文化旅游生态经济带建设研究

Study on Promoting the Construction of Cultural Tourism Ecological Corridor in the Yellow River Basin of Inner Mongolia

黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展,同京津冀协同发展、长江经济带发展、粤港澳大湾区建设、长三角一体化发展一样,上升为重大国家战略[1]。对内蒙古来说,黄河"几字弯"天下闻名,只有将保护生态环境和发展经济有机统一起来,才能更加有效地推动黄河流域高质量发展。初步研究认为,应从更广视野、更宽领域谋划,构建黄河流域文化旅游生态经济带,对于内蒙古黄河流域地区实现生态与经济叠加共生、互促共进,再造区域发展新优势、持续增长新动能非常迫切和必要。

The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,like the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the development of the Yangtze River economic belt,the construction of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area,and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,have become major national strategies.For Inner Mongolia,the Yellow River is famous all over the world.Only by integrating the protection of ecological environment and the development of economy can we promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin more effectively.Based on the preliminary study,it is necessary and urgent to construct the cultural tourism ecological corridor in the Yellow River Basin from a broader perspective and a wider field,so as to realize the superposition and symbiosis of ecology and economy,promote each other and rebuild the new advantages of regional development and new momentum of sustainable growth in the Yellow River Basin of Inner Mongolia.
