摘要
【目的/意义】实现民众自我教育是思政工作的重要途径和有效手段。【方法/过程】文章基于自组织理论,通过分析新冠肺炎疫情防控中民众自我教育表现出来的人民性、创造性、自组织性、相容性等特征,同时结合个别民众的违法性、非科学性以及盲从性现状和问题,归纳和总结出实现民众自我教育管理的有效途径。【结果/结论】主要有:依法防控,引导民众依法依规抗击疫情;科学防治,培育民众科学精神;理性防疫,提升民众自我处理信息能力。
People’s self-education is an important and effective means of thinking and political work in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 outbreak.Based on normative research,the article summarizes the effective ways to strengthen people’s self-education by analyzing the characteristics of people’s self-education,creativity,self-organization and compatibility in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic,and combining the current situation and problems of illegality,non-scientificity and blind obedience of minority.The main ways are:guide the people to fight the epidemic in accordance with the laws regulations,adhere to scientific prevention and control measures,cultivate the scientific spirit of the people,adhere to rational methodology of epidemic prevention,improve the people’s ability of information-processing.
