摘要
目的:采用水杨酸法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、碘量法测定陈皮苷金属配合物的抗氧化能力。方法:将陈皮苷Mg、Ca配合物分别配制成1 mg/mL、10 mg/mL、20 mg/mL浓度梯度的溶液进行水杨酸法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、碘量法实验。结果:陈皮苷金属配合物的抗氧化能力随着浓度的增大而增强;当浓度为20 mg/mL时,陈皮苷-CaCl2配合物的羟自由基、超氧自由基、过氧化氢相对清除率分别为4.71%、25.60%、3.89%,陈皮苷-MgCl2配合物的清除率分别为1.26%、15.89%、2.96%。结论:陈皮苷-CaCl2的抗氧化能力大于陈皮苷-MgCl2。
Objective:to determine the antioxidant capacity of the metal complexes of hesperidin by salicylic acid,pyrogallol autoxidation and iodimetry.Methods:the mixture of Mg and Ca was prepared into 1 mg/mL,10 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL solution for salicylic acid,pyrogallol autoxidation and iodimetry.Results:the antioxidant capacity of the metal complex of hesperidin increased with the increase of concentration.When the concentration was 20 mg/mL,the relative scavenging rates of hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and hydrogen peroxide of hesperidin CaCl2 complex were 4.71%,25.60%and 3.89%respectively,and the scavenging rates of hesperidin MgCl2 complex were 1.26%,15.89%and 2.96%respectively.Conclusion:the antioxidant capacity of hesperidin CaCl2 is higher than that of hesperidin MgCl2.
