摘要
为了将白腐菌应用于实际的水体富营养化治理,以隐藻为研究对象,采用典型白腐菌模式菌种-黄孢原毛平革菌去除隐藻,并统计其溶藻效果。结果表明,在白腐菌投加量为226 mg/L、溶解氧为7.1 mg/L、水力停留时间为40 h的最优情况下,隐藻去除率高达90.38%;流式细胞仪检测结果表明,白腐菌处理的隐藻藻细胞结构损伤严重,藻细胞内含物减少明显。该实验结果为微生物治理水华污染提供了技术参考和借鉴。
In order to apply white rot fungi to actual water body eutrophication treatment.Cryptophyta was used as the research object,and the typical white rotmodel Phanerochaete chrysosporium was used to remove Cryptophyta and its algae-dissolving effect was discussed.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of 226 mg/L,DO 7.1 mg/L,and HRT for 40 h,the removal rate of Cryptophyta was as high as 90.38%.The results of flow cytometry(FCW)showed that the structure of Cryptophyta cells treated by white rot fungi was severe,and the content of algae cells was significantly reduced.The experimental results provide a technical reference and reference for microbial treatment of bloom blooms.
