摘要
为了提高南美白对虾的放苗成活率,研究外塘养殖阶段总碱度与放苗成活率的关系,选择水体总碱度在333~900 mg/L范围内的14个池塘,在1 m^3网箱中放入100尾南美白对虾,结果表明:虾成活率为0%~90%,且碳酸氢盐碱度/总碱度低于67%时,南美白对虾成活率较低。从中选择碳酸氢盐碱度/总碱度低于67%的4个池塘,用含有乳酸菌和蔗糖的糖蜜处理2个池塘,1周后发现糖蜜可以降低总碱度,并提高碳酸氢盐碱度/总碱度,南美白对虾成活率提高了53.5%。
In order to study and solve the relationship between the total alkalinity of Penaeus vannamei in the outer pond and the survival rate of its seedlings,set the 14 pounds water alkalinity between 333~900 mg/L,and put 100 shrimps into cages which volume were 1 m3,the survival of shrimps were 0%~90%,when the concentration of bicarbonate alkalinity/total water alkalinity were lower than 67%,the survival rate of shrimps decreased.Choose 4 pounds that bicarbonate alkalinity/total water alkalinity lower than 67%,the treat them with molasses contains lactobacillus and saccharose,after 1 week the pounds treated with molasses could reduce total water alkalinity and improved bicarbonate alkalinity/total water alkalinity,the survival rate of Penaeus vannamei increased by 53.5%.
