摘要
目的:调查长春市汉族人群24个常染色体STR基因座的遗传多态性。方法:应用SureID~? PanGlobal人类DNA身份鉴定试剂盒对吉林长春汉族人群610名无关个体血样进行检测,得到24个常染色体STR基因座分型,统计各基因座等位基因信息和遗传学参数。结果:在610名吉林长春汉族无关个体中共检出320个等位基因,基因频率在0.001~0.534;个体识别能力为0.802~0.993;三联体非父排除概率为0.371~0.887;累积个体识别能力大于0.999 999;累积三联体非父排除率大于0.999 999。结论:24个常染色体STR基因座在吉林长春汉族人群中呈高度多态性,在法医学个体识别和亲权鉴定上具有较高应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the genetic polymorphism of 24 autosomal STR loci in the Han population in Changchun,Jilin.Methods:SureID®PanGlobal human DNA identification kit was used to detect blood samples of 610 unrelated individuals from the Han population in Changchun,Jilin.24 autosomal STR loci were typed,and allele information and genetic parameters of each locus were counted.Results:A total of 320 alleles were detected in 610 unrelated individuals of Changchun Han nationality in Jilin,with a gene frequency of 0.001~0.534;the individual recognition ability was 0.802~0.993;the triplet non-father exclusion probability was 0.371~0.887;Greater than 0.999999;cumulative triplet non-parent exclusion rate is greater than 0.999999.Conclusion:The 24 autosomal STR loci are highly polymorphic in the Changchun Han population in Jilin,and have high application value in forensic individual identification and paternity testing.
