摘要
随着社会发展进程加快,大量生活垃圾需要焚烧处理,由此产生的垃圾飞灰也需要进行终级处理。城市垃圾飞灰被定性为危险废物,其主要危害成分是二噁英和重金属。本文介绍一种城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰无害化处理方法,采用高温焚烧熔融,将二噁英分解,同时使重金属固融在熔融体中,处理后残渣满足浸出毒性要求,并能够进行资源化利用。
With the acceleration of social development,a large number of domestic waste needs to be incinerated,and the resulting fly ash also needs to be treated in the final stage.Fly ash of municipal solid waste is classified as hazardous waste,and its main hazardous components are dioxins and heavy metals.This paper introduces a harmless treatment method of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash,burning and melting at high temperature,which can decompose dioxin and make heavy metal solid and melt in the melt.After treatment,the residue can meet the requirements of leaching toxicity and can be used as resource.
