On Review and Prospect Regarding the Specialized Construction of the Counselor Team Since the Reform and Opening up

加强专业化建设是辅导员队伍发展的内在要求,也是扎实推进思想政治工作的重要动力。自改革开放以来,辅导员队伍在专业化建设上形成了筑牢学科支撑、打造职业文化、凝聚发展合力等可供借鉴的成熟经验。在新的历史起点上,结合时代要求与历史经验,通过夯实制度建设、活化发展路径、培育职业共同体等具体举措,推动辅导员队伍专业化建设向纵深发展。

Strengthening specialized construction is an inherent requirement for the development of counselor team and also an important driving force for solidly advancing ideological and political work.Since the reform and opening up,the counselor team has accumulated mature experiences that can be used for reference in the specialized construction,such as strengthening discipline support,building professional culture,and consolidating development synergy.At a new historical starting point,combining the requirements of the era with historical experience,we will promote the in-depth development concerning the specialized construction of the counselor team by taking concrete measures including strengthening system construction,activating development paths,and cultivating professional communities and so on.
