互联网时代,网络成为统战工作开展的重要平台,网络统战工作开展的实效性问题变得非常重要。文章从高校网络统战工作的现状以及现实问题入手,分析了高校网络统战工作的考量维度和影响因素,尝试对高校网络统战工作实效性进行评估。根据高校网络统战基础工作和高校网络统战传播效果两个基础维度来构建实效性评估的模型,然后对这两个维度进一步细分,实现了对实效性的量化考量,明确了网络统战工作实效的评估体系和内容,以及由此而引发的对于提升高校网络实效性的途径的思考,希望进一步促进高校网络统战工作的发展和进步。

With the Internet as an important platform for the development of United Front work,the issue of the effectiveness of the United Front work on the Internet has become very significant in the era of Internet.This paper starts with the current situation and practical problems of United Front work on the Internet in colleges and universities,analyzes its consideration dimensions as well as influencing factors and attempts to evaluate its effectiveness.Based on the two basic dimensions of the fundamental work and the communication effect of United Front work on the Internet in colleges and universities,this paper constructs the model of effectiveness evaluation,further subdivides these two dimensions to realize the quantitative consideration of effectiveness,clarifies the evaluation system and content of the effectiveness of the United Front work on the Internet and puts forward the thoughts on the ways to improve the effectiveness of network in colleges and universities with a view to further promoting the development and progress of network United Front work in colleges and universities.
