立德树人视域下高校学生干部的形象建构审思——基于对网络舆情事件的综合分析

Reflection On the Image Construction of College Student Cadres from The Perspective of Cultivating People by Virtue——A Study Based on the Comprehensive Analysis of Online Public Opinions

高校学生干部作为大学生骨干,在学生组织中承担重要职能,对大学生群体具有榜样示范作用。当下社会各界广泛关注的学生干部污名现象表现为滥用身份符号、严苛尊卑层级,甚至衍生公权谋私。这三重表现的生成机理将污名现象的实质指向"官僚化"问题,纾解学生干部"官僚化"问题的危害,需要从立德树人和制度保障的维度思考学生干部在遴选培养、教育管理和监督问责等方面的对策,助力高校学生干部去身份化、去特殊化,营造风清气正的学生组织环境,切实涵养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

As the backbone of college students,college student cadres not only play an important role in student organizations but also play an exemplary role for other college students.At present,the stigma of student cadre,a great concern for all walks of life,is manifested as the abuse of identity symbols,strict hierarchy,and even the derivation of public power for personal gain.The formation mechanism of these three manifestations is related to the problem of"bureaucracy".In order to alleviate the harm of the problem of"bureaucratization"of student cadres,we are required to think about the countermeasures of selecting and training student cadres,educational management,supervision and accountability from the perspective of moral cultivation and system guarantee.All these will enable college student cadres to downplay their identity,to create a clean and upright student organization environment,and to effectively cultivate the new generation who will take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
