摘要
在年产30万t康泰斯聚合装置上,采用欧瑞康巴马格公司提供的"W"型纺丝箱体、DIO88和DIO104纺丝组件、EVO外环吹长风筒冷却装置、WINGS-1800/12T型卷绕机,一次性开车生产聚酯半光DIO 88~192 dtex/48~192 f POY,从熔体端羧基质量摩尔浓度和熔体黏度、熔体温度、纺丝无风区高度、环吹气流、箱体保温等方面进行优化,及时调整POY产品的强伸度,稳定POY的热应力指标,消除锭位异常,生产出来的产品物性指标均匀性好、后加工断头少、染色均匀性好,达到投产时短期内产品质量稳定,缩短了质量降等的时间周期。
On the 300000 t/a cantex polymerization plant,the“W”spinning box,DIO 88 and DIO104 spinning components,EVO outer ring blowing long air tube cooling device and WINGS-1800/12T winding machine provided by Oerlikon bamag company are used to produce polyester semi gloss DIO 50-100d/48-192f POY.The technology is optimized from the aspects of melt end carboxyl and melt viscosity,melt temperature,spinning windless zone height,circular air flow,box insulation,etc.,and the strength and elongation of POY products are adjusted in time to stabilize the thermal stress index of POY and eliminate ingot position abnormality.The physical property index of the products produced is uniform,less post-processing broken ends,good dyeing uniformity,and the product quality is stable in a short period of time when put into production.It shortens the time period of quality reduction and improves the economic benefits of the company.
