摘要
将黄原胶与卡波姆940、卡波姆941进行复配,对不同配比的复配体系进行了黏度和触变指数测定,并研究了两种复配体系的稳定性.结果表明,两种复配体系均有良好的触变性和稳定性,从流变学角度为黄原胶和卡波姆的合理应用提供了理论指导.
Xanthan gum with carbomer 940 and carbomer 941 were compounded according to different quality ratios.Then the viscosity and rheological properties of the compound system were determined.and the stability of the system were studied.The results showed that the two systems had good rheological properties and stability,which provided theoretical guidance for the rational application of xanthan gum and carbomer.
