摘要
在探讨服务学习的基本定义及研究价值基础上,对服务学习的理论基础进行了阐述,具体分析了“引水灌田”模式与协同育人、服务学习之间的关系,讨论了“引水灌田”模式下服务学习的具体特征,最后以铜仁学院为例对地方高校实施服务学习改革的具体实践进行了总结。认为,基于“引水灌田”模式实施服务学习,是欠发达地区地方高校推进协同育人战略的重要路径,是高素质应用型人才培养的一种新尝试。
On the basis of discussing the fundamental definition and research value of service learning,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of service learning,specifically analyzing the relationship between“water diversion for irrigation”mode,collaborative education and service learning,discussing the specific characteristics of service learning under the“water diversion for irrigation”mode,and finally summarizing the specific practice of implementing service learning reform in local universities with Tongren University as an example.The author believes that the implementation of service learning based on the“water diversion for irrigation”is an important path for local universities in underdeveloped areas to promote the collaborative education strategy and a new attempt to cultivate high-quality applied talents.
