CT曲面重建对输尿管结石的临床诊断价值及准确性分析

Analysis on the Clinical Diagnostic Value and Accuracy of CT Surface Reconstruction for Ureteral Calculi

目的评价分析输尿管结石临床诊断中CT曲面重建应用价值及准确性影响。方法选取输尿管结石患者67例为研究对象,术前均行常规CT检查及CT曲面重建检查,术后以病理结果为标准,对比分析常规CT、CT曲面重建诊断应用效果。结果常规CT检查阳性诊断率为86.57%,CT曲面重建阳性诊断率为97.01%。CT曲面重建输尿管结石检出效果明显优于常规CT,P<0.05;对不同发病位置输尿管结石检出率CT曲面重建高于常规CT,P<0.05。结论输尿管结石临床诊断中应用CT曲面重建技术,可实现对不同输尿管段、输尿管位置处结石发病患者病情的有效诊断,为手术治疗提供影像依据,提升治疗效果及安全性,应用价值显著。

Objective To evaluate the value and accuracy of CT surface reconstruction in clinical diagnosis of ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 67 patients with ureteral calculi underwent routine CT examination and CT surface reconstruction before surgical treatment.The postoperative pathological results were used as the standard,and the diagnostic effects of conventional CT and CT surface reconstruction were compared and analyzed.Results The positive diagnosis rates of conventional CT examination and CT surface reconstruction were 86.57%and 97.01%,respectively.The diagnostic effects on ureteral calculi of CT surface reconstruction was significantly better than that of conventional CT,P<0.05.The detection rate of ureteral calculi in different locations of CT surface reconstruction was significantly higher than that of conventional CT,P<0.05.Conclusion CT surface reconstruction technique applied in the clinical diagnosis can effectively diagnose the condition of patients with calculi in different ureteral segments and locations,which provides imaging basis for surgical treatment,improves treatment effect and safety and has significant application value.
