放射技术在冠心病患者中的诊断效果及价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较几种放射技术诊断冠心病的准确性及价值。方法200例冠心病患者分X线组、CT组,放射组、MRI组和冠状造影组,每组40例。以病理结果为金标准,比较各组诊断结果。结果X线平片检查的诊断准确率最低,冠状动脉造影检查的诊断准确率最高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但CT组、放射组、MRI组的诊断准确率比较差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放射技术应用于冠心病检查中,均有损伤小、准确性高等优势,但也各有缺陷,因此,应根据患者具体需求选择合适的诊断方式,使之达到诊出病情又节约费用的目的。 Objective To compare the accuracy and value of several radiological techniques in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Two hundred patients with coronary heart disease were divided into five groups according to the diagnostic method:X-ray group,CT group,Radiation group,MRI group and CTA group.The diagnostic results of five diagnostic techniques were compared according to the gold standard of pathological results.Results The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray plain film examination was the lowest,and that of coronary angiography was the highest.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy between CT group,radiological group and MRI group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of radiology technology in coronary heart disease examination takes advantage of less damage and higher accuracy,but it still exists shortcomings.Therefore,it is necessary to select appropriate diagnostic methods according to the specific needs of patients so as to achieve the purpose of diagnosis and cost-saving.
