真空扩散焊电伺服控制系统设计

摘要 军用真空电子器件向小型化、高频段发展,零件焊接的质量要求大幅提升,传统的真空扩散焊已无法满足焊接需要,在比较了几种压力加载方式后,确定了电伺服压力加载和控制方式开发新型真空扩散焊设备。本文介绍了电伺服压力加载和控制系统的设计要点,并分析了样机试验数据,与传统设备相比,电伺服压力控制系统具有高精度、高柔性的优点,很好地解决了精密焊接难题。 With the development of military vacuum electronic tubes toward miniaturization and high frequency bands,traditional vacuum diffusion welding is unable to meet the high quality of parts welding needs. After comparing several pressure loading methods,the electric-servo control system is chosen. This paper introduces the design points of the electric-servo control system,and analyzes and evaluates the test data. Compared with the traditional equipment,the electric-servo system has the advantages of high precision,high flexibility,and high precision welding.
