Construction History Between Technological and Cultural History

This paper is written on the basis of the position that construction history should be questioned,in particular the established or possible types of relationship between construction history and the other domains of historical research.The paper examines the established differences between construction history and the history of technology and the origins of such differences,then goes on to analyze the contribution of construction history to the shaping of cultural history,then concludes that construction history as a link offers a unique perspective for rethinking the relationship between technology and culture today.
