再制造TBM主驱动装配关键工艺及齿轮副啮合质量检验技术 被引量:3

Key Technology of Main Drive Assembly and Inspection Technology of Meshing Quality of Gear Pair during TBM Remanufacturing

摘要 为保证再制造TBM主驱动装配质量与精度,提高再制造装配效率,以大瑞铁路高黎贡山平导TBM再制造项目为依托,对再制造TBM主驱动装配关键工艺流程与标准、齿轮副啮合质量控制标准及检测方法进行研究与实践。实践表明:1)在再制造装配前,首先保证装配件再制造质量,然后装配时严格执行再制造装配工艺流程与标准,采用齿轮副啮合质量检测方法测定最终装配精度,这对保证再制造TBM主驱动装配质量和装配效率具有重要作用;2)综合考虑检测精度、作业空间、操作便捷性和效率,工厂内再制造TBM主驱动齿轮副采取"压铅法"测量齿侧间隙、"红丹粉涂色法"测量接触精度;3)设定再制造TBM主驱动齿轮副啮合质量检验标准,渐开线直齿轮齿侧法向间隙值为1.5-2 mm且啮合接触精度近似为齿宽的80%和有效齿面高度的70%时可认定合格。截至目前,再制造后TBM累计掘进里程4.4 km,期间主驱动未发生异常情况,证明主驱动装配关键工艺及齿轮副啮合质量检验技术的可行性与可靠性。 The assembly quality and accuracy of main drive of remanufactured TBM is very important to the improvement of the assembly efficiency.Hence,the key technological processes and standards of main drive assembly of remanufactured TBM,as well as the standards and test methods of gear pair meshing quality,are studied and put into practice based on the TBM remanufacturing project of parallel adit of Gaoligongshan Tunnel on Dali-Ruili Railway.The practice results show that:(1)Before remanufacturing assembly,the remanufacturing quality of assembly parts should be guaranteed first,and then the remanufacturing assembly process and standards should be strictly implemented;the final assembly accuracy should be determined by the gear pair meshing quality detection method,which plays an important role in ensuring the assembly quality and efficiency of the main drive of remanufactured TBM.(2)Considering the detection accuracy,work space,operation convenience and efficiency,the main drive gear pair of TBM remanufactured in the factory adopts"checking method with lead"to measure the tooth side clearance and the"red powder painting method"to measure the contact accuracy.(3)The meshing quality inspection standards for the gear pair of main drive of remanufactured TBM are determined,and the standards include the clearance value of the tooth side of involute spur gear of 1.5~2 mm(normal direction)and the meshing contact precision is approximately 80%of the tooth width and 70%of the effective tooth surface height.At present,the total driving mileage of the TBM after remanufacturing is 4.4 km,and no abnormal situation occurs in the main drive,which proves the feasibility and reliability of the key assembly processes of the main drive and the meshing quality inspection technology of the gear pair.
