教学学术视域下高校教师专业发展的路径 被引量:4

摘要 应高等教育质量提升的要求,高校教师追求专业发展已然成为一种趋势。教学学术理论为研究高校教师专业发展拓宽了视域,对其专业发展具有重要意义。教学学术视域下高校教师专业发展的路径包括:重新确立教学学术思想,建立健全教师评价与激励制度,激发教师自觉主动进行教学研究的内部动力,学校助力落实教师培训的实效。 The pursuit of professional development by college teachers has become a trend in response to the re⁃quirements of quality improvement in higher education.The academic theory of teaching has broadened the horizons for the study of the professional development of university teachers and has important implications for their professional development.The path of professional development of teachers in higher education institutions under the academic view of teaching includes:reestablishing the academic ideology of teaching,establishing a sound system of teacher evaluation and motivation,stimulating the internal motivation of teachers to take the initiative to conduct teaching and research,and helping schools to implement the effectiveness of teacher training.
