纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗肺部感染性疾病的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Bronchofiberscope Lavage for the Treatment of Pulmonary Infectious Diseases

目的探讨纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗肺部感染性疾病的临床疗效。方法选取厦门市海沧医院和福建医科大学附属宁德市医院2018年7月至2019年6月收治的72例肺部感染性疾病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各36例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方案,观察组患者采用纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状改善时间以及住院时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.2%,显著高于对照组的80.6%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的湿啰音消失时间、发热缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗肺部感染性疾病患者具有显著的效果,能够缩短患者的症状改善时间和住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of bronchofiberscope lavage for the treatment of pulmonary infectious diseases.%Methods 72 patients with pulmonary infectious diseases admitted to Xiamen Haicang Hospital and Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment program,and patients in the observation group were treated with bronchofiberscope lavage.The curative effect,improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.%Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.2%,significantly higher than 80.6%of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of rales,relief time of fewer,relief time of cough and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).%Conclusions Bronchofiberscope lavage for the treatment of patients with pulmonary infectious diseases has significant effect,which can shorten patients’improvement time of symptoms and hospitalization time,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
