关节镜手术对老年肩袖损伤患者VAS、UCLA评分的影响

Effect of Arthroscopic Surgery on the VAS and UCLA Scores in Elderly Patients with Rotator Cuff Injury

目的探讨关节镜手术对老年肩袖损伤患者肩袖疼痛程度以及肩关节功能的影响。方法 50例老年肩袖损伤患者随机分为两组各25例,对照组予以保守治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用关节镜手术治疗,比较两组治疗前、随访1年后的肩袖疼痛程度(VAS评分)以及肩关节功能(UCLA评分)。结果随访1年后,观察组的VAS评分、 UCLA各维度评分以及总分均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论关节镜手术治疗老年肩袖损伤患者效果确切,可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,提升肩关节功能。

Objective To explore the effects of arthroscopic surgery on the rotator cuff pain degree and shoulder joint function in elderly patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods 50 elderly patients with rotator cuff injury were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given conservative treatment,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopic surgery on the basis of the control group.Before treatment and after 1 year of follow-up,the degree of rotator cuff pain(VAS score)and shoulder joint function(UCLA score)were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 year of follow-up,the VAS score,the scores of UCLA dimensions,and the total score of UCLA of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopic surgery for the treatment of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury has exact effect,which can effectively reduce the pain degree,and improve the shoulder joint function of patients.
