他克莫司滴眼液对真菌性角膜炎患者术后免疫排斥发生率的影响

Effect of Tacrolimus Eye Drops on the Incidence of Postoperative Immune Rejection in Patients with Fungal Keratitis

目的分析他克莫司滴眼液对真菌性角膜炎(FK)患者术后免疫排斥发生率的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的接受穿透性角膜移植治疗的98例FK患者的临床资料,依据术后治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组45例接受环孢素A滴眼液治疗,观察组53例接受他克莫司滴眼液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、最佳矫正视力、免疫排斥及复发情况。结果观察组的免疫排斥发生率为13.21%,显著低于对照组的40.00%(P <0.05)。两组的总有效率、复发率、最佳矫正视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论他克莫司滴眼液治疗FK患者的安全性、有效性较高,利于降低术后免疫排斥的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of tacrolimus eye drops on the incidence of postoperative immune rejection in patients with fungal keratitis.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with fungal keratitis treated with penetrating keratoplasty in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different postoperative treatment methods,all cases were divided into two groups.45 cases in the control group were treated with cyclosporin A eye drops,and 53 cases in the observation group were treated with tacrolimus eye drops.The clinical efficacy,best corrected visual acuity,immune rejection and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of immune rejection in the observation group was 13.21%,significantly lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total effective rate,recurrence rate,and best corrected visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tacrolimus eye drops in the treatment of FK patients has high safety and effectiveness,and can reduce the incidence of postoperative immune rejection.
