来曲唑联合二甲双胍对PCOS不孕症患者卵巢功能及妊娠成功率的影响

The Effect of Letrozole Combined with Metformin on Ovarian Function and Pregnancy Success Rate in Patients with PCOS Infertility

目的探讨来曲唑联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者卵巢功能及妊娠成功率的影响。方法96例PCOS不孕症患者根据治疗方式的不同分为两组各48例,对照组采用来曲唑口服治疗,观察组采用来曲唑联合二甲双胍口服治疗。比较两组的糖脂代谢指标、卵巢功能以及妊娠成功率。结果治疗后,观察组的FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR均显著低于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,优势卵泡数多于对照组,妊娠成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS不孕症的疗效较好,可有效改善患者的卵巢功能,促进排卵,提高妊娠成功率。

Objective To explore the effect of letrozole combined with metformin on ovarian function and pregnancy success rate in patients with PCOS infertility.Methods 96 patients with PCOS infertility were equally divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with letrozole orally,and the observation group was treated with letrozole and metformin orally.The glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,ovarian function and pregnancy success rate were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the ovarian volume was significantly smaller than that of control group,the endometrial thickness was significantly greater than that of control group,the number of dominant follicles was significantly more than that of control group,and the pregnancy success rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Letrozole combined with metformin in the treatment of PCOS infertility has good efficacy,which can effectively improve the ovarian function,promote ovulation and increase the pregnancy success rate of patients.
