改良式子宫背带缝合术对剖宫产产后出血患者止血效果及并发症的影响

The Impact of Modified Uterine Strap Suture on Hemostatic Effect and Complication in Patients with Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

目的探讨改良式子宫背带缝合术对剖宫产产后出血患者止血效果及并发症的影响。方法50例剖宫产产后出血患者按照术后出血急救方式分为两组各25例,对照组行常规止血治疗,观察组行改良式子宫背带缝合术治疗,比较两组的手术情况、住院时间及并发症。结果观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,术中及术后出血量显著少于对照组,手术时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良式子宫背带缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血患者,有助于减少术中、术后出血量,缩短手术时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the impact of modified uterine strap suture on hemostatic effect and complication in patients with hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 50 patients with hemorrhage after cesarean section were equally divided into two groups according to the emergency treatment methods for postoperative hemorrhage.The control group was treated with conventional hemostasis,and the observation group was treated with modified uterine strap suture.The surgical conditions,hospitalization time and complications of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss were significantly less than those of control group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified uterine strap suture in the treatment of patients with hemorrhage after cesarean section can help reduce the amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
