曼月乐对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者Hb及性激素水平的影响

Effects of Mirena on Levels of Hb and Sex Hormones in Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding During Perimenopausal Period

目的研究曼月乐对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者血红蛋白(Hb)及性激素水平的影响。方法选择2017年6月至2019年3月我院收治的80例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用安宫黄体酮治疗,观察组采用曼月乐治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的Hb、性激素水平。结果观察组的总有效率为95.00%,对照组为82.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的Hb水平均提高,LH、 FSH、 E2水平均降低(P <0.05);观察组的Hb水平显著高于对照组,LH、 FSH、 E2水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论曼月乐治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血患者的效果显著,能够提高Hb水平,改善性激素水平。

Objective To study the effects of Mirena on levels of hemoglobin(Hb)and sex hormones in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period.Methods Eighty patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Angong progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Mirena.The clinical efficacy,and the levels of Hb and sex hormones before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results No statistical difference was found between the observation group and the control group in the total effective rate(95.00%vs.82.50%,P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had significantly increased Hb level,and significantly decreased LH,FSH and E2 levels(P<0.05);The Hb level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the LH,FSH and E2 levels were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mirena in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period has significant effect,and can improve the levels of Hb and sex hormones.
