缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防剖宫产术后出血的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Oxytocin Combined with Misoprostol in Preventing Postoperative Blood Loss of Cesarean Section

目的观察缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月我院接收的80例行剖宫产的产妇,随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予缩宫素预防治疗,实验组给予缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防治疗。比较两组的术中、术后出血量,产后子宫复旧情况以及不良反应。结果实验组术中、术后0~2 h、术后2~24 h的出血量均显著低于对照组,术后1 d、术后3 d、术后5 d的子宫复旧均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论给予剖宫产产妇缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防治疗,可有效减少产后出血量,促进子宫复旧,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in preventing postoperative blood loss of cesarean section.Methods 80 parturient women with cesarean section in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received oxytocin for preventive treatment,and the experimental group received oxytocin combined with misoprostol for preventive treatment.The amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,postpartum uterine involution and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of blood loss during the operation,at 0~2 h after the operation and at 2~24 h after the operation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the uterine involution at 1 d,3 d and 5 d after the operation were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Oxytocin combined with misoprostol applied in parturient women with cesarean section for preventive treatment can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum blood loss,promote uterine involution,and has good safety.
